Capital Asset Value of Amenity Trees (CAVAT) on Wornington Green Estate
We estimate that the Capital Asset Value of trees felled for the whole redevelopment exceeds £20 million. So far, Catalyst Housing and RBKC have only planted £13,000 worth of saplings.

In Catalyst's Phase 3 planning application, which has not been formally granted permission yet, we estimate that over £6 million of trees will be felled, with only £600,000 retained and replanted as part of their proposed scheme.
